cheesy baked spaghetti
Spaghetti with a little extra. I made this for my friend's family and the entire pan was gone by the end of the meal. This has become my favorite thing to cook since I started doing it this way :-)

Ingredients
- 1 tube turkey sausage (can substitute 1 lb ground beef if desired)
- 1 box pasta of choice
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce with meat or traditional
- 1 8 oz cans mushrooms, drained (can use fresh if desired)
- 1 1/2 bags shredded italian cheese
- Several dash garlic powder
- Several dash black pepper
How To Make cheesy baked spaghetti

Step 1Start water boiling for pasta and preheat oven to 350F. In a large skillet start browning meat. When just starting to brown, add mushrooms and season mixture with garlic and pepper. Mix well and brown meat rest of the way along with mushrooms. Drain grease and return mixture to skillet. Mix in sauce, cover and let simmer.

Step 2Boil pasta until tender. Drain well.

Step 3In a 9x13 glass pan, add drained pasta. Carefully and with two hands (skillet will be heavy), add sauce. Mix well and make sure spaghetti is evenly spread across pan. Top with 1 1/2 bags of shredded Italian cheese.

Step 4Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Enjoy.
