It's my fathers recipe. I altered it a bit by using turkey bacon. You can use regular bacon though. No matter, because it's still rich and filling!

Ingredients
- 1 - 16 oz pkg ronzoni garden delight macaroni
- 2 - 10.75 oz cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 2 - cups fat-free milk
- 1-1/2 pound reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup reserved
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 pound lower-sodium turkey bacon, cooked, crumbled, 1/4 cup reserved
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 - scalions, thinly sliced
How To Make cheesy bacon mac - n - cheese

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook pasta , drain, return to pot.

Step 2Stir into pasta the soups, milk, shredded cheese, butter, bacon, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour into baking dish.

Step 3Sprinkle w/ reserved cheese, reserved bacon and scallions. Bake 35-40 min, or until bubbly.
