This was a huge hit at my house last night. It will definitely be a repeat performer.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 1 package chili seasoning
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 5 ounces philadelphia cooking creme, santa fe blend
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make cheesey chili mac

  • Step 1
    Cook macaroni noodles until done but still firm. Drain well.
  • Step 2
    In a large skillet cook the ground beef and drain well.
  • Step 3
    Add crushed tomatoes and chili seasoning to ground beef. Stir well.
  • Step 4
    Add the cream cheese to the ground beef and tomatoes.
  • Step 5
    Stir together the sauce and noodles.
  • Step 6
    Put mixture into an 8 x 8 casserole that was sprayed with Pam.
  • Step 7
    Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over top.
  • Step 8
    Bake in 375 oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is browned.
