lean ground beef
28 oz
crushed tomatoes
1 pkg
chili seasoning
8 oz
elbow macaroni, cooked
5 oz
philadelphia cooking creme, santa fe blend
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Cheesey Chili Mac


  • 1Cook macaroni noodles until done but still firm. Drain well.
  • 2In a large skillet cook the ground beef and drain well.
  • 3Add crushed tomatoes and chili seasoning to ground beef. Stir well.
  • 4Add the cream cheese to the ground beef and tomatoes.
  • 5Stir together the sauce and noodles.
  • 6Put mixture into an 8 x 8 casserole that was sprayed with Pam.
  • 7Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over top.
  • 8Bake in 375 oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is browned.
