  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 28 oz
    crushed tomatoes
  • 1 pkg
    chili seasoning
  • 8 oz
    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 5 oz
    philadelphia cooking creme, santa fe blend
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Cheesey Chili Mac


  1. Cook macaroni noodles until done but still firm. Drain well.
  2. In a large skillet cook the ground beef and drain well.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes and chili seasoning to ground beef. Stir well.
  4. Add the cream cheese to the ground beef and tomatoes.
  5. Stir together the sauce and noodles.
  6. Put mixture into an 8 x 8 casserole that was sprayed with Pam.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over top.
  8. Bake in 375 oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is browned.
