Ingredients
- 1 package 8 ounce manicotti shells
- 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons fine chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cups baby spinach chopped [raw}
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1 - egg lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup prepared italian dressing
- 1 jar 14 ounce spaghetti sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
How To Make cheese manicotti shells

Step 1Cook manicotti according to package directions, drain and rinse in cold water. I large bowl combine2 cups mozzarela cheese, feta cheese, nutmeg and parsley add the italian dressing, egg, sour cream, spinach and zucchini and mix until well combined.

Step 2Carefully stuff manicotti and place on greased baking pan, pour spaghetti sauce over top and bake in 350F oven uncovered for 35 minutes, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese bake 5 minuteslonger and remove from oven and serve with a caesar or tossed salad and garlic bread..
