    8 ounce manicotti shells
  • 2 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    fine chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 c
    baby spinach chopped [raw}
  • 1 c
    shredded zucchini
  • 1 c
    feta cheese crumbled
  • 1
    egg lightly beaten
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/3 c
    prepared italian dressing
  • 1 jar(s)
    14 ounce spaghetti sauce
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground nutmeg

How to Make Cheese Manicotti Shells


  1. Cook manicotti according to package directions, drain and rinse in cold water. I large bowl combine2 cups mozzarela cheese, feta cheese, nutmeg and parsley add the italian dressing, egg, sour cream, spinach and zucchini and mix until well combined.
  2. Carefully stuff manicotti and place on greased baking pan, pour spaghetti sauce over top and bake in 350F oven uncovered for 35 minutes, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese bake 5 minuteslonger and remove from oven and serve with a caesar or tossed salad and garlic bread..
