Ingredients
- 1 pound sweet italian sausage (ground)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 - jar prego spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces rotini noodles
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces pepperoni slices
- - parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make cavatini

Step 1Brown sausage with onion, garlic and pepper.Drain grease add spaghetti sauce and let simmer.

Step 2Bring two quarts water with one tablespoon salt to a rolling boil.add rotini noodles and cook as directed on package.When done drain and layer into a greased 11/2 quart oven proof dish.Layer as follows,1/2 noodles,1/2 meat sauce,1/2 pepperoni,and half mozzarella cheese.repeat layers.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.Great served with toasted bread and Italian butter.
