cavatini
There are so many wonderful casseroles, but cavatini is one of my favorites.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This cavatini is so simple and so good. We opted to use rotini pasta because we think the popular pizza restaurant used that, but use any pasta you'd like or mix and match. It's a great way to use up boxes of partially-used pasta hiding in your cupboard. This is a slightly elevated nostalgic, copycat recipe that'll take you back to being a kid. The homemade sauce is delicious and has robust flavor thanks to the red wine. But, the pasta is really the star of the show. On top, melted mozzarella cheese makes each bite heavenly.
