Cathy's Easy Chili Mac
I usually serve it over elbow macaroni, but for variety you can also put it over rice; it's very good too. I usually add a little sour cream and shredded cheese to mine.
2 can(s)bush chili beans (either mild or spicy)
2 can(s)hunt's petite diced tomatoes
1 lbelbow macaroni, cooked, or cooked rice
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
ADD SOUR CREAM, SHREDDED CHEESE, CHOPPED ONIONS
How to Make Cathy's Easy Chili Mac
- Brown hamburger, breaking up as it browns; drain. Add the taco seasoning mix, and the water as directed on package. Simmer until the water is absorbed. Add the 2 cans beans, 2 cans diced tomatoes. Stir together and simmer for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook macaroni (or rice) as directed on package. Drain macaroni, put in large bowl or platter and spoon chili mixture over. Top each serving with sour cream, cheese, and onions if desired.
