- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 12-16 ounces egg noodles
How To Make speedy 2-step beef stroganoff

Step 1Cook egg noodles according to package directions.

Step 2Brown ground beef and onion until cooked through; drain grease, if necessary.

Step 3Add the remaining ingredients (except the noodles). Heat through. Serve over hot cooked noodles. May garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
