Ingredients
- 8 ounces deli cajun turkey
- 8 ounces pappardelle pasta
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 cups heavy cream or milk
- 8 ounces gloucester cheese shredded
- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- parsley for garnish
How To Make cajun turkey, & pappardelle in glocucester cheese

Step 1Cut the turkey into thin slices. Cook the pappardelle in boiling salted water adding the peas in the last 3 minutes. Drain reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.

Step 2In another pan add the butte. Once melted whisk in the flour cook 2 minutes. Slowly add the heavy cream and cook until thick. Stir in the cheese and cook until melted.

Step 3Add the pasta and peas to the mixture. Add a little pasta water if too thick. Stir in the Cajun seasoning. Serve garnished with parsley
