Ingredients For cajun turkey, & pappardelle in glocucester cheese

  • 8 oz
    deli cajun turkey
  • 8 oz
    pappardelle pasta
  • 1 c
    frozen peas
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4 Tbsp
    flour
  • 4 c
    heavy cream or milk
  • 8 oz
    gloucester cheese shredded
  • 2 tsp
    cajun seasoning
  • parsley for garnish

How To Make cajun turkey, & pappardelle in glocucester cheese

    Cut the turkey into thin slices. Cook the pappardelle in boiling salted water adding the peas in the last 3 minutes. Drain reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.

    In another pan add the butte. Once melted whisk in the flour cook 2 minutes. Slowly add the heavy cream and cook until thick. Stir in the cheese and cook until melted.

    Add the pasta and peas to the mixture. Add a little pasta water if too thick. Stir in the Cajun seasoning. Serve garnished with parsley
