  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make cajun penne pasta

  • Step 1
Boil your penne pasta and set aside. Sauté celery, green pepper, Onion, Garlic and your Favorite kind of Jalapeño peppers in the olive or canola oil until softened. Add diced chicken, Andouille Sausage and shrimp to your sauté pan. Add in jars of Alfredo sauce and mix into your sauté pan once everything is hot. Add Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, Crushed Red Flakes, Salt & Pepper & your favorite hot pepper sauce. Mix with Penne Pasta and 2 cups Pepper Jack Cheese in a large pan. Spray baking dish with non stick cooking spray. I would recommend using at least a 9x13 inch pan. Pour pasta mixture into the baking dish, top with the remaining pepperjack cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 350° to melt the Cheese.
