Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion chopped
- 1 package dry spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
- 6 ounces can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon each worcestershire sauce, italian seasoning, dried basil, garlic powder and salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make cafeteria spaghetti

Step 1Brown the beef with the onion in a large skillet until beef is no longer pink. Drain and stir in the dry spaghetti sauce mix. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, basil, garlic powder salt and pepper.

Step 2Turn to low and simmer 20 minutes. In the meantime Place a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil. Season the water with salt and cook the spaghetti about 15 minutes.

Step 3Transer the spaghetti without draining by tongs into the spaghetti sauce mixture. You want some of that pasta water to help the spaghetti adhere to the sauce.

Step 4Cook until the warmed through and the spaghetti is al dente. Serve with parmesan cheese
