buffalo chicken pasta
This is a recipe that I created. You can adjust the amount of hot sauce and blue cheese to your liking. Much less messier than eating actual Buffalo wings!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
If you love the flavor of Buffalo chicken, you will love this cool and creamy dish. We were a little hesitant because of how much hot sauce goes into the dressing, but the creamy ranch does mellow the flavor out while leaving a little bite. This chicken pasta dish is full of bacon, celery, and chunks of blue cheese... all the these are flavors are typical of Buffalo chicken. This would be great for a light lunch or even to bring along to a pot lunch. With everything being precooked, this is simple to throw together. So yummy!
