brown butter roasted garlic baked fusilli
I created the new baked fusilli recipe. It is based on Kinder's brown butter roasted garlic seasoning, it's a good side for well done steaks.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cubed processed American cheese
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 5 tablespoons brown butter roasted garlic seasoning, divided
- 1 pound dry fusilli pasta
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 large vidalia sweet onion, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium carrots,chopped
- 1 clove garlic,minced
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups half and half
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese,shredded
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
How To Make brown butter roasted garlic baked fusilli

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add cubed American cheese, crumbled blue cheese and 1 tablespoon brown butter roasted garlic seasoning; mix well with a fork.

Step 3Cook Fusilli pasta according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Season with 2 tablespoons brown butter roasted garlic seasoning; mix well.

Step 4Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat.Combine sliced Vidalia onion, chopped carrots and minced garlic, saute for 5 minutes or until are crispy and tender.

Step 5Stir in 1 tablespoon brown butter roasted garlic seasoning and brown sugar. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 6Heat Margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat. Gradually whisk in flour. Cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes.

Step 7Stir in heavy cream, half and half and remaining brown butter roasted garlic seasoning and simmer for 8 minutes until slightly thickened.

Step 8Add shredded sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese and whisk until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in cooked Fusilli pasta and sautéed vegetables.

Step 9Spoon into a prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Step 10Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
