Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pasta (i like angel hair)
- 1 cup raw broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup roma tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch oregano (to taste)
- 1 pinch salt

Step 1Cook pasta - generally best texture is to cook 12 minutes after boil.

Step 2In a fry pan saute garlic and broccoli in olive oil until broccoli is tender crisp.

Step 3Add tomatoes to the fry pan. Sweat tomatoes until they are soft but not mushy.

Step 4Add salt, oregano and red pepper. Mix.

Step 5Add drained pasta to fry pan and toss with vegetables.

Step 6Serve with grated cheese.
