Ingredients

  • 6 oz
    linguine, uncooked
  • 2 c
    broccoli flowerets
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 large
    egg yolk
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    thyme, ground
  • 1 tsp
    oregano
  • 1/2 c
    romano cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How to Make Broccoli Linguine

Step-by-Step

  1. Steam the broccoli flowerets.
  2. Cook linguine per package directions. (If you use fresh use 9 ounces).
  3. While they are cooking, combine the next five ingredients.
  4. Place drained linguine and broccoli in a large bowl and toss with cheese and butter.
  5. Combine with sour cream mixture and serve.
