Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen cauliflower, and broccoli
- 1 package shredded chedder cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 - stalks of green onion, diced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - garlic salt and lemon pepper to taste
- 1 box penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
How To Make broccoli cheese casserole over penne pasta

Step 1dice green onion, place in a food processor, and pulse until finely chopped. Add milk, seasonings, and butter, pulse again until creamy

Step 2Place frozen cauliflower and broccoli into a 9 x 13 glass baking dish, mix in cream of mushroom soup, green onion mixture, and 1/2 pkg of cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 min (or until cheese is melted, and top is golden brown.)

Step 4Boil Penne Pasta, drain. Serve casserole over penne pasta.
