Breakfast..and Pie....all in one! Oh yea! WE love to have breakfast for supper...so I came up with this quick and easy and delicious recipe one night, just spur of the moment! Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
- 2 1/2 ounces package real bacon bits
- 1/2 cup frozen hash browns
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup milk, or heavy cream
- 1/2 cup colby jack cheese, grated
- 9 - inch unbaked pie shell

Step 11.Preheat oven to 400 2.Cook sausage and onions until done and no longer pink, drain. Step 25.Place pie in preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes, Reduce heat to 360 and cook 25 more minutes, Sprinkle with colby jack cheese, return to oven and bake 5 min. 6.Allow to cool for a few minutes, slice and enjoy
