BOWTIE PASTA AND BRIE CHEESE MEDLEY
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This would be a perfect dish to take to a picnic or any outdoor function. The brie adds a wonderfully nutty flavor that the Crew and I couldn't get enough of.

1triangle of brie cheese (rind removed)

1/2 colive oil

2 cloveminced garlic

2 mediumtomoato's seeded and diced

1 bunchfreshly sliced basil

1 smallpackage sliced almonds

·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make BOWTIE PASTA AND BRIE CHEESE MEDLEY
- COOK PASTA PER PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. IN A LARGE SKILLET WARM OLIVE OIL ON LOW HEAT. ADD DICED TOMATO'S AND BASIL. ALLOW TO WARM. ADD BRIE IN CHUNKS. DO NOT MELT TOTALLY. ADD GARLIC AND ALMONDS SALT AND PEPPER. POUR OVER BOWTIE AND STIR.
