Ingredients
- 3 packages (16 ounce) bow tie pasta
- 1 - red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 - yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cups chopped green onions
- 1/2 - celery stalk, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 3 - packets knorr dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package frozen peas
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 2 - large red onions
How To Make bow tie pasta salad (sometimes)

Step 1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil

Step 2Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Sometimes I use just elbow macaroni.

Step 3Drain, and rinse with cold water until no longer hot.

Step 4Stir in all the bell peppers, green onions, red onions, celery and olive oil.

Step 5Mix in mayonnaise, sweet milk & soup mix & peas.

Step 6Salt & pepper to taste.

Step 7Refrigerate overnight before serving.
