    (16 ounce) bow tie pasta
  • 1
    red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1
    yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 c
    chopped green onions
  • 1/2
    celery stalk, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 3 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3
    packets knorr dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pkg
    frozen peas
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste
  • 2
    large red onions

How to Make BOW TIE PASTA SALAD (Sometimes)

Step-by-Step

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
  2. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Sometimes I use just elbow macaroni.
  3. Drain, and rinse with cold water until no longer hot.
  4. Stir in all the bell peppers, green onions, red onions, celery and olive oil.
  5. Mix in mayonnaise, sweet milk & soup mix & peas.
  6. Salt & pepper to taste.
  7. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
