I made this for my parents and brothers one night and they couldn't get enough and my brothers don't really like lasagna.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces bow tie pasta, farfalle
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce, your choice (14 ounces)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese or low fat cottage cheese
- 2 - egg
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make bow-tie lasagna

Step 1Preheat oven to 425.

Step 2Grease 13x9 rectangular baking dish.

Step 3In large pot boil 4 qts water and partially cook pasta for half of the directed time.

Step 4In large skillet heat oil over medium heat, add onion and saute 1 minute.

Step 5Stir in beef and cook until lightly browned about 3 minutes.

Step 6Add spaghetti sauce and bring to a boil.

Step 7Reduce heat to low and partially cover the skillet, simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 8In small bowl mix ricotta or cottage cheese with egg and Parmesan.

Step 9Drain the pasta thoroughly, layer half the pasta in the pan.

Step 10Spoon half the meat mixture over the pasta.

Step 11Spoon cheese mixture over the meat.

Step 12Sprinkle with half the mozzarella.

Step 13Make another layer with the remaining pasta, then the meat, then the mozzarella.

Step 14Cover pan with foil, spraying the inside facing the cheese with cooking spray.

Step 15Bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
