Ingredients

  • 2 bunch
    chinese cabbage or bok choy, sliced
  • 1 large
    carrot, shredded
  • 1 large
    pepperoni, cut into small pieces
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 6 dash(es)
    lime juice
  • pinch
    salt and pepper

How to Make BOK CHOY DELIGHT

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, it should be steaming. Add the Pak Choy, carrot, pepperoni, salt and pepper. Flash fry for about 3 mins. Remove from heat and add the sour cream, lime juice and cheese. Serve on a bed of pasta.
