These meatballs are very special to me because it is simply my recipe. No copying done here!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound italian pork sausage
  • 1 pound ground buffalo
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 cup panko crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon pepper

How To Make best meatballs in the world! pops!

  • Step 1
    Mix all the ingredients well and form into large balls.
  • Step 2
    Brown them in a skillet with a little olive oil until brown. Do not overcrowd the pan. Cook like 5 at a time depending on the size of your skillet.
  • Step 3
    Place them into your favorite spaghetti sauce and cook all day about 6-8 hours. Serve over you favorite type of pasta. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!
