  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    italian pork sausage
  • 1 lb
    ground buffalo
  • 1/2 c
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c
    chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 c
    chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 c
    chopped fresh basil
  • 5 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2 c
    red wine
  • 1
  • 1 c
    panko crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated parmesan
  • 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 Tbsp

How to Make Best Meatballs in the World! POPS!


  1. Mix all the ingredients well and form into large balls.
  2. Brown them in a skillet with a little olive oil until brown. Do not overcrowd the pan. Cook like 5 at a time depending on the size of your skillet.
  3. Place them into your favorite spaghetti sauce and cook all day about 6-8 hours. Serve over you favorite type of pasta. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!
