  • 16 ounces salsa
  • 2 cups water
  • 7 ounces macaroni, elbow
  • 1/4 pound velveeta cheese, cut up

  • Step 1
    Brown meat in large skillet.
  • Step 2
    Drain meat.
  • Step 3
    Add salsa and water.
  • Step 4
    Bringing to a boil.
  • Step 5
    Stir in macaroni.
  • Step 6
    Reduce heat; cover.
  • Step 7
    Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
  • Step 8
    Stir in Velveeta until melted.
