Beefy Macaroni & Tomatoes
1 pkglarge elbow macaroni or any pasta 8-12 oz
1 lbground chuck
1 can(s)diced tomatoes
1-2 can(s)tomato sauce 8 oz
1/4-1/2 tsporegano leaves, optional
·salt and pepper to taste
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make Beefy Macaroni & Tomatoes
- In saucepan cook macaroni per package directions. Basically, bring salted water to boil; add macaroni and cook until tender about 7-10 minutes. Drain.
- In the meantime, brown ground chuck that has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until done then drain. Note: I use a large iron skillet.
