Ingredients
- - 3 lb chuck roast cut into 1 inch pieces
- - 1 lb fresh mushrooms, halved
- - 1 medium onion, sliced
- - 1 package brown gravy mix
- - 1 can beef broth
- - 1 cup red wine
- - 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- - 1 bay leaf
- - egg noodles or rice
- - i added 2 tablespoons of minced garlic in with the first 3 ingredients along with some tony's seasoning to the meat.
How To Make beef with wine gravy and noodles

Step 1Place 1st three ingredients in slow cooker. Mix together next four ingredients, then add the bay leaf and pour over the meat & vegetables. Cook on high for six hours.
