Beef tips and noodles

NOTE: The longer the beef tips simmer, the more tender they will be.

2 lb
of beef tips, cut into 1" cubes
1 oz
onion soup mix
1 can(s)
crean of mushroom soup
1 pt
sliced mushrooma
1/2 c
beef stock
1 bottle
bag of egg noodle cooked and drained
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil


1Brown beef tips in vegetable oil, until cooked through. Add onion soup mix, mushroom soup, fresh mushrooms and stock. Simmer on low heat for several hours.
2Serve over egg noodles.
