NOTE: The longer the beef tips simmer, the more tender they will be.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of beef tips, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 ounce onion soup mix
  • 1 can crean of mushroom soup
  • 1 pint sliced mushrooma
  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 1 bottle bag of egg noodle cooked and drained
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

How To Make beef tips and noodles

  • Step 1
    Brown beef tips in vegetable oil, until cooked through. Add onion soup mix, mushroom soup, fresh mushrooms and stock. Simmer on low heat for several hours.
  • Step 2
    Serve over egg noodles.
