This was my Mother's favorite recipe for stroganoff. Great for winter.

Ingredients
- 2 to 3 pounds beef round steak
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 5 to 6 cups water
- 1 pound bag of egg noodles
How To Make beef stroganoff

Step 1cut steak into small pieces place in a dutch oven or large sauce pan with the onion soup mix cover with water let simmer until meat begins to tender, approx 45 minutes. add the cans of mushroom soup and rest of the water and egg noodles bake at 350 degrees until noodles are tender.
