Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2-3 cups beef strips
2 cans 8oz spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
- hot buttered noodles

How To Make beef strips in sour cream

Step 1

Saute Onion in Butter in large skillet. Add beef strips and brown lightly.

Step 2

Stir in spaghetti sauce, simmer for five minutes and stir in sour cream.
Step 3

Heat, but DO NOT BOIL, Serve over hot noodles.
