Ingredients
- 6 ounces rigatoni pasta, cooked
- - pam olive oil cooking spray
- 1/2 pound (85%) lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup bell pepper strips (red, green, and/ or yellow)
- 1/4 cup sliced yellow onion
- 1 can (14.5 oz) hunts diced tomatoes with spicy red pepper, undrained
- 1 can (8oz) hunts tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make beef rigatoni arrabbata

Step 1cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 2Meanwhile, spray large skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium high heat. Add beef, cook until no longer pink, add bell pepper, and onion, cook 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Step 3Add undrained tomatoes and tomato sauce, reduce heat and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, stir in cooked pasta, sprinkle with cheese.
