rigatoni pasta, cooked
pam olive oil cooking spray
1/2 lb
(85%) lean ground beef
1/2 c
bell pepper strips (red, green, and/ or yellow)
1/4 c
sliced yellow onion
1 can(s)
(14.5 oz) hunts diced tomatoes with spicy red pepper, undrained
1 can(s)
(8oz) hunts tomato sauce
1/3 c
mozzarella cheese, shredded

How to Make Beef Rigatoni Arrabbata


  • 1cook pasta according to package directions.
  • 2Meanwhile, spray large skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium high heat. Add beef, cook until no longer pink, add bell pepper, and onion, cook 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • 3Add undrained tomatoes and tomato sauce, reduce heat and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, stir in cooked pasta, sprinkle with cheese.
