beef & noodles in a cream cheese sauce

Ingredients

• 1 pound top sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
• 4 ounces cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup half and half
• 1 tablespoon black bean garlic sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
• 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
• 1-14.5 oz. can corn
• 1-14.5 oz can black beans
• 1/4 cup chopped scallions
• 1 package egg noodles, cooked
