- boneless beef sirloin,cut into bite-size pieces

How to Make Beef & Noodle Toss
- 1Break noodles in half,cook according to directions.Drain.
Meanwhile,season beef with salt & pepper to taste.Toss with flour.Heat oil in 12 in.skillet over med-high heat. Add meat,any remaining flour,cook lightly brown,then add tomatoes.Cook 3-4mins.or til beef iw well browned,stirring often. Add mushrooms & garlic. Cook 5mins more. Add broth,cook 3-4 mins.more or til beef is done and liquid is slightly thickened.
Add cooked noodles to skillet;stir gently to coat. Heat through. Be careful not to break tomatoes,some may cook up but some will be intact! Spoon into pasta bowls. Serve with warm crusty bread & green salad! 468 cal,16g.fat,40mg.chol,712mg sodium,52g carbs,3gm fiber,28 gm.protein.
