Ingredients

    hamburger
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 4
    beef bouillon, cubes
  • 1 jar(s)
    spaghetti sauce
  • 3 qt
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 pkg
    dried onion soup mix
  • 6 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1 lb
    wide noddles
  • 1 can(s)
    undrained tomatoes chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    corn
  • 1 can(s)
    peas
  • 1 can(s)
    green bean
  • 1 can(s)
    potato
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1
    chopped onion

How to Make Beef & Noodle Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large pot bring to boil, water, spaghetti sauce, bouillon, 5 tsp Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, parsley, chopped onion,& onion soup mix.
  2. Mix turkey and hamburger together with garlic powder, onion powder & 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Drop small pieces into pot cook for ten mins. Over med heat, so it just simmers.
  3. Add noddles cook about half way done before you add you veggies.
  4. You can add more water if you want more broth.
