beef noodle casserole

I have been making this for many year's, and my kid's love it. They are alway's asking me to bring this when they know I am coming over. It's a fast and easy dinner to make, and is a great leftover dish the next day.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 - 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 can sliced carrot's drained
  • 1 - 8 oz packages wide noodles
  • - shredded sharp cheese

How To Make beef noodle casserole

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degree's. Mean while cook noodle's as directed on bag. Rinse and drain.
  • Step 2
    Brown hamburger with chopped onion's and garlic. Drain if nessesary.
  • Step 3
    Add rest of ingredient's except chedder cheese to the noodle's. Put in casserole dish covered and bake 1 hour
  • Step 4
    When done shut oven off and sprinkle the top with chedder cheese leaving cover off, till melted.
