Beef noodle casserole

I have been making this for many year's, and my kid's love it. They are alway's asking me to bring this when they know I am coming over. It's a fast and easy dinner to make, and is a great leftover dish the next day.

1 lb
ground chuck
1/2 c
minced onion
1 clove
garlic minced
2 - 8 oz
tomato sauce
1 c
sour cream
1 c
cottage cheese
1 can(s)
sliced carrot's drained
1 - 8 oz pkg
wide noodles
shredded sharp cheese


1Pre-heat oven to 350 degree's. Mean while cook noodle's as directed on bag. Rinse and drain.
2Brown hamburger with chopped onion's and garlic. Drain if nessesary.
3Add rest of ingredient's except chedder cheese to the noodle's. Put in casserole dish covered and bake 1 hour
4When done shut oven off and sprinkle the top with chedder cheese leaving cover off, till melted.
