I have been making this for many year's, and my kid's love it. They are alway's asking me to bring this when they know I am coming over. It's a fast and easy dinner to make, and is a great leftover dish the next day.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 - 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 can sliced carrot's drained
- 1 - 8 oz packages wide noodles
- - shredded sharp cheese
How To Make beef noodle casserole

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degree's. Mean while cook noodle's as directed on bag. Rinse and drain.

Step 2Brown hamburger with chopped onion's and garlic. Drain if nessesary.

Step 3Add rest of ingredient's except chedder cheese to the noodle's. Put in casserole dish covered and bake 1 hour

Step 4When done shut oven off and sprinkle the top with chedder cheese leaving cover off, till melted.
