I have been making this for many year's, and my kid's love it. They are alway's asking me to bring this when they know I am coming over. It's a fast and easy dinner to make, and is a great leftover dish the next day.

1 lb
ground chuck
1/2 c
minced onion
1 clove
garlic minced
2 - 8 oz
tomato sauce
1 c
sour cream
1 c
cottage cheese
1 can(s)
sliced carrot's drained
1 - 8 oz pkg
wide noodles
shredded sharp cheese

How to Make Beef noodle casserole


  • 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degree's. Mean while cook noodle's as directed on bag. Rinse and drain.
  • 2Brown hamburger with chopped onion's and garlic. Drain if nessesary.
  • 3Add rest of ingredient's except chedder cheese to the noodle's. Put in casserole dish covered and bake 1 hour
  • 4When done shut oven off and sprinkle the top with chedder cheese leaving cover off, till melted.
