Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground round
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 2.5 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- - "just a pinch" of pepper
- 3 cups noodles, cooked
How To Make beef noodle casserole

Step 1In non-stick skillet brown ground round and onion.

Step 2Drain excess grease.

Step 3Thicken milk with flour, then add wine, mushrooms, oregano, pepper and cheese to sauce.

Step 4Stir sauce into meat mixture and heat to boiling.

Step 5Serve over cooked noodles.
