Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1-14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1-10oz can rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1--6 oz can tomatoe paste
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1-6 oz package medium wide egg noodles
- 6 - green onions chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make beef lombardi

Step 1Brown meat in skillet,drain; add chopped tomatoes and salt,pepper,sugar. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomatoe paste and Italian seasonings. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 2Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain; add chopped green onions and sour cream. Mix well. Grease (or spray with Pam) a 9x13 pan, pour in noodle mixture,then put meat mixture on top of noodles, then sprinkle cheeses on top evenly. (I put the parmesan on first)

Step 3Bake covered with foil for 35 minutes at 350 degrees and then uncover and cook until nice and brown (about 5 minutes). ENJOY!
