ground beef
1-14.5 oz can(s)
diced tomatoes
1-10oz can(s)
rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
2 Tbsp
sugar
2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1--6 oz can(s)
tomatoe paste
1 Tbsp
italian seasoning
1-6 oz pkg
medium wide egg noodles
6
green onions chopped
1 c
sour cream
1 c
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c
mozzarella cheese
1 c
parmesan cheese

How to Make Beef Lombardi

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown meat in skillet,drain; add chopped tomatoes and salt,pepper,sugar. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomatoe paste and Italian seasonings. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 2Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain; add chopped green onions and sour cream. Mix well. Grease (or spray with Pam) a 9x13 pan, pour in noodle mixture,then put meat mixture on top of noodles, then sprinkle cheeses on top evenly. (I put the parmesan on first)
  • 3Bake covered with foil for 35 minutes at 350 degrees and then uncover and cook until nice and brown (about 5 minutes). ENJOY!
