Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1-14.5 oz can(s)
    diced tomatoes
  • 1-10oz can(s)
    rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1--6 oz can(s)
    tomatoe paste
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1-6 oz pkg
    medium wide egg noodles
  • 6
    green onions chopped
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Beef Lombardi

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown meat in skillet,drain; add chopped tomatoes and salt,pepper,sugar. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomatoe paste and Italian seasonings. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain; add chopped green onions and sour cream. Mix well. Grease (or spray with Pam) a 9x13 pan, pour in noodle mixture,then put meat mixture on top of noodles, then sprinkle cheeses on top evenly. (I put the parmesan on first)
  3. Bake covered with foil for 35 minutes at 350 degrees and then uncover and cook until nice and brown (about 5 minutes). ENJOY!
