I concocted this recipe to put in the crockpot to feed the guys at harvest.

Ingredients

1 package egg noodles
1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
2 tablespoons pepper
1/2 large onion chopped
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 boxes beef broth
1 can mushrooms
16 ounces sour cream
1 package frozen corn (large bag)

How To Make beef and noodles

Step 1

Boil egg noodles according to package directions.Place in crockpot.

Step 2

Brown stew meat with onions.
Step 3

When meat browned, add flour to meat and stir well.
Step 4

Add beef broth and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened.
Step 5

Add mushrooms, corn and place in crockpot with noodles.
Step 6

Stir in sour cream and cook on low setting until warmed.
