macaroni, dry
1/2 lb
ground beef
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
chili powder
"just a pinch" of salt
"just a pinch" of pepper
1 can(s)
tomato soup
1 oz
mozzarella cheese, shredded

How to Make Beef and Macaroni Chili


  • 1Cook macaroni about 7 minutes.
  • 2Brown meat in largest saucepan and drain off all fat.
  • 3Add garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper.
  • 4Mix well and cook on low about 5 minutes.
  • 5Add cooked macaroni and tomato soup.
  • 6Heat thoroughly.
  • 7Just before serving add grated cheese.
  • 8Cover and heat until cheese melts.
