Ingredients

  • 1 package macaroni, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
  • - salt to taste
  • - pepper to taste
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • 2 - celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • - cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

How To Make beef and macaroni casserole

  • Step 1
    Toss cooked noodles in oil.
  • Step 2
    Place in greased crockpot.
  • Step 3
    Add all remaining ingredients, except grated cheese.
  • Step 4
    Stir thoroughly.
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
  • Step 6
    Cover and cook on low 4 to 8 hours or high 2 to 3 hours.
