Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons beef base
- 1/3 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 cup macaroni, dry
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup american cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make beef and macaroni

Step 1Place hamburger in large skillet.

Step 2Separate into small pieces and saute until meat is brown.

Step 4Place pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes and drain.

Step 5Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to skillet and saute onion, celery, peppers and garlic until soft.

Step 6Add cooked pasta, hamburger, tomatoes, bouillon, parsley, sugar and pepper.

Step 7Toss ingredients.

Step 8Simmer slowly for 20-minutes while stirring frequently.
