Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 28 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- fresh parsley, for garnish
How To Make beef and cheese shells

Step 1Mix the ground beef, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings together. Preheat the oven 350 degrees F.

Step 2Stuff the beef mixture into each of the jumbo pasta shells. Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan. Add the stuffed pasta in a single layer. Pour the spaghetti sauce over top.

Step 3Top with mozzarella and bake 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
