- 8 cups par boiled broccoli florets
- 1 box rigatoni's cooked aldente
- 3 tablespoons butter, cold
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, fat-free
- 2 to 3 cups half and half
- To taste - sea salt
- To taste - fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
