Ingredients
- 1 - (16 ounce) package fusilli pasta
- 1 cup three-cheese ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup honey barbecue sauce
- 2 teaspoons seasoned pepper
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cubed processed american cheese
- 2 3/4 cups sliced grilled barbecue chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
How To Make barbecue chicken salad

Step 1In a large pot of salted boiling water,cook pasta until al dente,rinse under cold water,and drain.

Step 2In medium bowl,combine ranch dressing,sour cream,barbecue sauce and seasoned pepper,Whisk together until smooth,set aside.

Step 3In a large salad bowl,combine cooked and cooled pasta, sliced chicken,cheeses,carrots,onion and parsley.Mix in dressing last,reserving 1/2 cup.Let sit overnight in fridge.Stir before serving.Add extra dressing if pasta appears dry.
