Simple but oh so good recipe that has been in our family forever!!!!

1 box
(16 oz) box ziti, cooked, drained
36 oz
spaghetti sauce, more or less to fit your taste (i use prego traditional)
4 c
(16 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can(s)
(4 oz) mushrooms
1/2 pkg
pepperoni, approx 50 slices
grated parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top

How to Make Baked Ziti


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2Mix cooked ziti, spaghetti sauce and mushrooms together, pour half into sprayed 13x9-inch baking dish, top with 2 cups of the cheese and place pepperoni in single rows to cover casserole, top with the remaining ziti mixture, the remaining 2 cups cheese and top with rows of pepperoni.
  • 3Bake for approx. 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and heated through. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese
