I have been making this dish for many years. When I cook I generally don't measure I like to taste as I go. Is that cheating?

Ingredients

  • 1 Large can tuna, packed in water
  • 12 ounces egg noodles whole wheat
  • 26 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can peas, frozen
  • 1 can whole kernel corn frozen
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk low fat
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup celery
  • just a pin - salt and pepper
  • just a pin - paprika

How To Make baked tuna noodle casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Step 2
    Cook noodles about 10 min, drain. after they are drained (do not rinse)
  • Step 3
    Noodles are Combined with rest of ingredients (except panko) mix well and pour in 9 x 13 sprayed pan or 2 qt casserole dish.
  • Step 4
    sprinkle panco on top of casserole.
  • Step 5
    bake 15-20 minutes
