Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
3/4 c
finely chopped onion
1/2 large
chopped, green pepper
1 tsp
salt
2
bay leaves
2 can(s)
tomato soup
1 can(s)
golden mushroom soup
2
soup cans of milk
2 c
sharp cheddar cheese
1 c
mozzarella cheese
1 lb
spaghetti

How to Make Baked Spaghetti Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown hamburger with the onion and pepper.Drain &sprinkle with 1 tsp. salt.Break spaghetti into thirds. Cook with a little salt & 2 bay leaves according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl combine beef mixture, spaghetti,soups,milk &1 1/2C. cheddar cheese. Put in 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese & bake at 350 for 1 hour. This may be divided into 2 smaller casseroles & frozen. Works best if you thaw before baking.
