Baked Spaghetti and Meatballs
1 lbprepared meatballs, fresh or frozen
8 ozspaghetti noodles, cooked al dente
24 ozjar favorite pasta sauce (or 3-4 cups homemade)
1 cshredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
2-4 Tbspminced fresh basil leaves
How to Make Baked Spaghetti and Meatballs
- Cook meatballs according to package directions until done, internal temperature of 160°F. While meatballs are cooking, cook spaghetti noodles in boiling water until al dente, according to package directions.
- Drain spaghetti and combine with pasta sauce in a greased 2-1/2 quart baking dish. Top with meatballs, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted and golden brown, about 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
We like this with salad and Italian or garlic bread.
