I have tried several baked spaghetti recipes; but this one is the best! I doubled the recipe for two 9" x 11" casseroles.

Ingredients For baked spaghetti

  • 1 lb.
    ground chuck
  • 1 lg
    jar "traditional" pasta sauce
  • 8 0z. box
    angel hair pasta
  • 4 oz. pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 3/4 stick
  • 16 oz
    "italian" cheese blend (grated)

How To Make baked spaghetti

  • 1
    Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain. Add butter, cream cheese, half and half, 8 oz. "Italian" cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

    Brown meat and add pasta sauce. Simmer while pasta is cooking.

    Pour pasta mixture into 9" x 11" prepared casserole dish. Top with pasta sauce. Sprinkle 8 0unces of "Italian Cheese" blend over top.

    Bake at 350 for approximately 40 minutes or until cheese is melted and heated through.
