This recipe comes from my best friend. It's quick and easy with a twist from plain spaghetti. No measurements are given because it is so flexible according to your family size.

Ingredients

  • - spaghetti for your family size
  • - spaghetti sauce
  • - ground beef, chuck, or game meat
  • - mushrooms, onions, green peppers or whatever you add to your spaghetti
  • - shredded mozzerella cheese
  • - parmesan cheese
  • - garlic, oregeno, basil, or your choice of herbs

How To Make baked spaghetti

  • Step 1
    Cook spaghetti until tender. Drain.
  • Step 2
    Brown meat with your vegetable choices. Drain. Return to skillet.
  • Step 3
    Add spaghetti sauce to skillet. (I use at least 2 cans). Heat. Add spices to taste.
  • Step 4
    Grease casserole dish. Add spaghetti to meat sauce and mix. Pour into casserole dish.
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over casserole. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella over this.
  • Step 6
    Bake in 350 degree oven until the cheese is melted and casserole is heated through.
  • Step 7
    Serve with salad and garlic bread.
