For those of you that can't figure out what S'ketti is....it's Spaghetti! Duh! LOL!

Ingredients
- 1 box spaghetti noodles, broken into thirds
- 2 - 3 jars marinara sauce
- 2 pounds italian sausage, hot or mild
- 2 jars mushrooms
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
- - salt & pepper, to taste
- - parmesan cheese
How To Make baked s'ketti

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Cook spagehetti according to directions on package. Drain well.

Step 3Cut sausage into bite-sized pieces. In a skillet, brown sausage until done, about 15 - 30 minutes.

Step 4In a large greased casserole or 13" x 9" baking dish, pour marinara on bottom. Mix in all other ingredients. Save some cheese to sprinkle on top of casserole.

Step 5Bake 45 minutes or until cheese is melted.
