For those of you that can't figure out what S'ketti is....it's Spaghetti! Duh! LOL!

Ingredients For baked s'ketti

  • 1 box
    spaghetti noodles, broken into thirds
  • 2 - 3 jar
    marinara sauce
  • 2 lb
    italian sausage, hot or mild
  • 2 jar
    mushrooms
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 4 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 - 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • parmesan cheese

How To Make baked s'ketti

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Cook spagehetti according to directions on package. Drain well.

    Cut sausage into bite-sized pieces. In a skillet, brown sausage until done, about 15 - 30 minutes.

    In a large greased casserole or 13" x 9" baking dish, pour marinara on bottom. Mix in all other ingredients. Save some cheese to sprinkle on top of casserole.

    Bake 45 minutes or until cheese is melted.
