Ingredients

  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 1 can cream of asparagus soup
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 package dry italian dressing
  • 1 - 15 oz. container of ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 packages frozen italian veggies

How To Make baked penne primavera

  • Step 1
    Thaw Ialian veggies and preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    Cook pasta according to directions, drain and set aside. Coat a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl combine soup, milk, and dressing. Add the ricotta cheese and 1/2 cup of the parmesan leaving 1/4 cup for the topping. Mix well again.
  • Step 4
    Add cooked pasta and veggies and toss until well coated. Spoon into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining parm on the top.
  • Step 5
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
  • Step 6
    You don't have to use Italian veggies you can use your favorite. I love mushrooms, tomatoes, onion and black olives.
